The warranty covers manufacturing defects or workmanship issues related to the repaired part. If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the part at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues that were present before the repair, including internal damage, corrosion, or prior third-party repairs.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data. MiPhone Doctor is not responsible for data loss during or after repairs.
Warranty claims require proof of service (receipt or repair record). No warranty service will be provided without verification.
All warranty claims must be brought to our store for inspection. Most warranty-related evaluations are completed the same day.
MiPhone Doctor reserves the right to inspect and determine whether a repair qualifies for warranty coverage.
