Certain repairs and diagnostics may require access to your device. If a passcode is not provided, some functions may not be fully tested after repair.
Repair quotes are estimates based on visible inspection. Additional damage discovered during repair may increase the final price. We will contact you for approval before continuing if pricing changes significantly.
Replacement part availability may vary. Some repairs may require special orders or additional wait time. MiPhonesDoctor reserves the right to substitute equivalent compatible parts when necessary.

Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification may be considered abandoned. MiPhonesDoctor reserves the right to dispose of, recycle, or resell abandoned devices in accordance with applicable laws.
